This once Speedy’s Dry Cleaners storefront was converted to a warm, cozy, Chai Guy Café that would be open daily. With a lease signed in January 2020, and 6 months of renovations self-funded and self-completed, The Chai Guy Café opened in July of 2020 during a very uncertain time for our world. With perseverance and amazing customer loyalty, The Chai Guy Café is going strong on its 6th year on Park Ave.
