Chai Guy Chai was inspired after a Missions trip to India. Falling in love with the culture, people, and Chai, Pat returned home with an inspiration to make his own Chai and share it with family and friends.

In 2014 The Chai Guy was launched at the Historic Rochester Public Market as a weekend Saturday only side hustle. 5 years later it became a full-time business with multiple wholesale accounts.

In 2020, the 729 Park Ave. location was launched and Chai Guy Chai is served in some of New Yorks best Cafes. With an ever growing business and vibrant Chai mailing service, Chai Guy Chai loves sharing fresh, local, authentic Chai one cup at a time!
